But it was HARD. The basics of the build is switch to bipod, control a large crowd with effects and headshot level spreads or run right up to them and hit them with that whole bullet spread right in their face.
Mayhem 4 has less issues that require hauling around different weapon sets and you got infinite ammo, so using all rifles is no problem. You can get more damage by getting it low in the clip and then keeping it there with a little timing.
Like the build, the skills are nearly identical to my preferred build, but what do you do for sustain? What was your partner playing, did they have team heals?
Mayhem 4 I needed to worry about getting raised a lot more. One of the matchmaking members used a group heal with Fl4K, but everyone seemed to be dying as much as I was haha. U literally just need a tediore shock shotgun and throw at feet. Do that when your at half shield or less. Personally though u should run a dif gun maybe dif skills since click click is very touch and go.
And also niggthawkin SMG or any of the new smgs tbh. Another thing is try to find a facepuncher with terror on melee so you cna consistantly have a faster way to get terror annointment builds.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I kind of get my clip down to low and then do little pauses to keep it in click click range. How do I know which dictator shoots the most bullets?
Definitely looking forward to finding new class mods so I can experiment! It was a slog on mayhem 4, do you think I need to be looking on mayhem 4? I solve the individual issue by running right up to every enemy and firing all the bullets straight into their face. It will say a x6 dictator and then when u put it in bipod mode it will shoot I think I may have seen a vid but yea Google it I guess.
Agonizer is the dedicated loot source for the Dictator.I had a run with my Amara with Sustainment my health was acting more like an audio mixer. This may be the time for IB to shine. M3 I get pretty far but I realize I have to change certain things. And with the flying balls and enemies using certain guns makes you waste ammo. I was getting really far with an Iron Bear missiles with my wife.
She was going down and died in the very beginning with the deathballs sweeping. Definitely extremely hard. Finished it about 5 times now. Have to admit that the loot has been pretty underwhelming. I was able to beat it once but I had a really strong team. Tediore Moze with a corrosive Quickie. When Wotan splits, immediately focus down the floating torso with the Quickie then take out the small versions of Wotan that spawn.
Check out this guide for Moze the Gunner's best builds in Borderlands 3. Including detailed build breakdowns, recommended skills, leveling up guide, and more. Take down multiple enemies with a throw of your grenades with this splash damage Moze build! Watch as your explosive damage melts through your enemy health easily! This high damage build can easily melt bosses with the right weapons in hand.
With extremely high splash damage, Moze can take down mobs in an instant with a few grenade throws.
This build focuses to greatly increase Moze's DPS during fights. The Vampyr skill allows for some sustain, but other than that, everything else is focused on increasing your damage output.
Class Mods that can add skill points to the Deadlines or Stainless Steel Bear Skills will greatly help with this build. Make the most of this build with Torgue Weapons or Rocket Launchers. Since splash damage is what is aimed for in this build, these weapons are the best to utilize it.
This build's goal is for Moze's magazines to never run dry while in the midst of battle. Most of the skills needed to make Moze a never-ending bullet storm is in the Bottomless Mags skill tree. Take note that since it's high on DPS, defense may be an issue. Although there are skills in this build that focuses on shields and overall defense, this is build mainly buffs DPS for both Moze and Iron Bear.
Multiple skills in the Bottomless Mags Skill Tree will help you sustain your ammo count even in the midst of battle. This will help towards staying in the offensive longer! The "Click, Click Shotguns with 1 to 2 shots gets the most out of this skill. This build focuses on turning Moze into a nearly indestructible gunner! Primarily building around the Shield of Retribution Tree gives her the sustain needed to tank huge amounts of damage from multiple sources!
Majority of the skills needed to turn Moze into an indestructible soldier can be found in the Shield of Retribution tree.
Some of the skills also increase her DPS so that she can still deal damage against the best of them! This build was designed to keep Moze's shields up against enemies. She will also constantly regenerate her shields making her a tough soldier to bring down. To add to this, the Iron Bear's armor turns Moze into a walking fortress! This skill does not have a stack limit.By StarymNovember 21, in News.

And a whole lot of stability and UI improvements, gameplay tweaks and bug fixes! Definitely check out the whole thing below:. Today, we will release an update and hotfix for Borderlands 3 by or before PM PST that adds a bunch of exciting new content in addition to addressing community requests and reported concerns! Below are the notes for both today's patch and hotfix. All characters now begin the game with 20 bank slots instead of The existing Bank SDUs will give everyone a total of available spaces.
An additional 10 Bank SDUs are available to purchase in Marcus's shop on Sanctuary III using the in-game cash currency, each awarding 20 spaces, for a grand total of total bank spaces! All bosses have been updated with new loot pools that give them dedicated Legendary items to drop. Players can now discovery which bosses drop their favorite gear and more easily farm their favorite items.
Let the hunt begin! The following environments have received additional vending machines. They can typically be found before bosses or the mid waypoint in larger environments:. Players can take out their aggression, or test their gear, on a Handsome Jack target inside the shooting range on Sanctuary III.
We wanted to increase their viability for later levels of Mayhem while also targeting some passives that were underperforming compared to some others. Iron Bear saw increases to the base scaling and additional bonuses were added through passives and augments. We allowed some of Zane's kill-skill bonuses to stack up to two times, increasing their output under certain conditions. FL4K pets also saw some increases over level to their damage so that they didn't feel underpowered for Mayhem Mode.
We are currently happy with the variety of Amara's builds, but we are always monitoring feedback and will adjust if necessary. Note: we are still working on additional performance updates that will be implemented in future updates. Hotfixes are separate from the update and applied at the main menu when Borderlands 3 is connected to the internet.
Unlike updates, hotfixes are not permanent—they are temporarily stored in memory during the game session and lost upon exiting Borderlands 3. To ensure that you receive hotfixes, make sure that your system is connected to the internet when Borderlands 3 boots up and hang out on the Menu screen until you see the background change right now, you're looking for pumpkins!
We still have a lot of things that we're working on, including additional performance and stability updates, Mayhem updates and 2. As always, we appreciate the feedback and support we've seen from the community. If you experience any issues with Borderlands 3 or today's patch, please submit a ticket to support.
We have the biggest patch notes so far featuring a massive amount of fixes and improvements. You can post now and register later. If you have an account, sign in now to post with your account.

Raid bosses are a staple in the Borderlands franchise, being extremely dangerous enemies with high health and damage that require a team to take down. Before stepping into the Takedown on Maliwan, Vault Hunters should be in a team of Level 50 and fully-geared allies to even think about making it through the mission.
Because Wotan the invincible is an armored, robotic foe, it is weak to damage from corrosive weapons. If possible, acquiring a legendary weapon before setting off on the mission will greatly benefit the team.
Recommended legendary weapons include the Cutsman, a legendary SMG, but only when firing at shield openings and when the shield is down. The first phase starts with Wotan hiding behind a single shield and will end once it has been damaged enough.
Wotan's two main abilities throughout all phases are Missile Barrage and Laser Shots.
Move, jump, and slide away from the missile indicators while hiding behind cover, like the pillars, to avoid the lasers. While the shield is up, players can damage Wotan by shooting at the shield gaps near the floor.
Alternatively, using a shock weapon to bring down the shield faster will expose the small glowing weak-point on Wotan's back, allowing the team to unload on it.
In the second phase, Wotan will summon a rotating shield and several Valkyries simultaneously. The team should deal with a few of the adds at the very least before focusing on the boss again. However, the shield will always have an opening that moves around, so players should keep running and shooting at the gap instead of waiting for the shield to spin back around. Once the shield is down, Wotan will jump around the arena for the rest of the phase.
Players can pass through the outer shield in order to take shots at the vertical opening in the inner shield, similar to the previous phase.
After the outer shield is broken, Wotan summons Thor and Kraken robots that can be dealt with by a corrosive weapon before turning attention back on the boss. Once the outer shield is gone, the inner shield's opening will shift to the top of the shield. Using the pillars that players have been hiding behind will allow them to jump into the air and onto higher ground to shoot through the weak points. In the fourth phase, Wotan the Invincible will split into two parts that must be taken down to complete the mission.
The components can be taken down in any order, but Wotan's upper body that flies throughout the arena bombarding the team with missiles and lasers is more dangerous and recommended to kill first. This is a twist on my Maliwan Moze build designed for Mayhem A shotgun that fires one or two elemental pucks that will seek out additional enemies after they hit their first target — and when a Recursion puck does more one type of elemental damage to a target, it spawns an extra puck.
Stacking types of elemental damage can clear out whole rooms of mobs with a single squeeze of the trigger; stacking all 5 will spawn so many bonus pucks that it can easily reduce your framerate to the single digits. The Recursion is a splash damage weapon, so taking a single point of Fire in the Skag Den is a low-cost way to spawn extra pucks.
This is not only a good damage booster, it will also increase the number of projectiles that are spawned on ricochet. The x2 variant is nice, but not necessary, though I would recommend rolling with 2 Recursions with 4 different elements since elemental damage immunity is common at higher Mayhem levels. When engaging single targets, the OP Q System is going to be one of your best options. It has a high base damage and a decent rate; its pellets are kinetic non-elementalbut they will occasionally explode on impact into a shock explosion.
The secondary fire spawns a drone version of the gun that will shoot at whatever target you are currently aiming at. With the skill setup above, you can generally fire two drones before the ability goes on cooldown — and with Some of the Road, you can fire immediately after exiting Iron Bear. Keep these on hand for bossing, though you only really need a corrosive one for Wotan and other armored bosses.
You want one with an elemental damage anoint as this will spawn additional Recursion projectiles. This build uses a Deathless artifact for the additional shields and reduced recharge delay. I tend to use a Snowdrift Deathless for the additional movement speed, but the Flesh Melter and Ice Breaker can also be good options. Make sure that whatever artifact you go with has at least bonus magazine size as it is the best magazine size buff in the game. The only stat roll I would recommend against is AOE as this increases the damage and size of all splash attacks to the point that you will down yourself with the OP Q-System if you are not careful.
A replacement. You can put Maliwan Moze in the retired column for now. I am not going to revisit it until there are more Maliwan guns that can perform at Mayhem Im thinking of making an adaptation of this build. If you use capstone of green and blue skill tree. An old god shield, recursion, next 2 mags gives bonus elemental damage anoints, and finally the green monster this setup would work right?
Moze the Green Mobster Go forth and multiply. Weapons The core components of build build are the Recursion, the OP Q System, and the Sandhawk: The Recursion A shotgun that fires one or two elemental pucks that will seek out additional enemies after they hit their first target — and when a Recursion puck does more one type of elemental damage to a target, it spawns an extra puck. Artifact Deathless This build uses a Deathless artifact for the additional shields and reduced recharge delay.
Here is the build in action against the Mayhem 10 True Takedown with Cartel event active:. Is this a replacement for the Maliwan Moze build, or a new one? Thanks for clarification. Again i say no to this gimmicky build, No offense but not he way I want to play.As the title suggests, both Mad Moxxi and Handsome Jack are going to be featured to some degree in the first round of story-focused DLC for Borderlands 3. More specifically, Mayhem mode level 4 will add quite a bit more challenge to the game, with additional health given to enemies in exchange for increased loot drop chances, new legendary loot, and a brand new set of class mods.
In this guide, players will be sticking with the character FL4K, despite his somewhat recent nerfs. This specific pistol can be dropped from Tyreen the Destroyer.
Next up is the class mod players will need. This mod is what will make sure as many shots as possible are critical hits. If players are having trouble finding this exact mod, try to find one that has similar attributes or use an artifact to help make up for anything lacking.
For this critical-focused build, the main skilltrees players will focus on are the green Stalker tree and red Hunter tree, with only the Persistence Hunter skill of the blue Master tree being unlocked.
The next thing that players want to focus on is equipping the Fade Away action skill, which will not only cloak FL4K, but will make the three shots he fires a guaranteed critical hit. This critical-focused set-up is going to allow players to tear-down bosses shields in Mayhem 4, making quick work of many of the bosses present, like Captain Traunt.
